FlashSeal Procedure

FlashSeal is an elastomeric 2-part flashing repair material that will stop leaks.  It is a practical and cost-effective alternative to a complete flashing replacement procedure.  Most notably, it is vastly superior and provides long term protection when compared to  plastic roof cement or "roof tar".
